Video Debate

Okay so I found another videographer who is offering $595 special for 6 consecutive hours - orginal price on his video are $1300 and up

Anyhow, I wanted the videographer to capture bride/groom prep however based on our schedule the day of - I would have to pay $500 for all day coverage.

Do you think I should pay the $500 extra? I have all day coverage for my photography so I was thinking save the $500 but many former brides say that the day goes by so fast that I kinda wanna watch it again .. you know?

What do you think?

11am - Bride / Groom getting ready at Hotel
2pm - Church
5:30pm - Post Ceremony Pictures
7:30pm - 8:30pm - Cocktail Hr
8:30pm - 12:30pm - Reception

Who is the video person? I've been looking for someone affordable!

You can maybe get a Flip cam or have someone you know video tape the prep and give it to them to edit it into your video..might be a good way to save the $500. I don't think it's worth it just for the prep to spend that much..

I'm not having the video person or photographer film me at my house getting ready... filming starts at flowerfield of me getting ready before the ceremony. (2 hours before ceremony)

i agree with amy, id want all day prep

but id talk to the videographer and ask...maybe bc the pkg itself was lower then the addon will be lower too

this day only happens once, you don't want to forget it

ITA. That's what we are doing for video. We have 2 photographers so they will capture the moments of me getting ready.
