Video for less than $1K?

Does anyone know of a videographer for less than $1K, i don't mind if it's a basic package just as long as i have video? Thanks

Edited to add: I was given a quote of $1200 for 10 hours...is this good?

Man....I know there was a girl on the Latina forum who raved about her photo/video. I think it was bluekat? She mentioned it was super affordable.

Otherwise, I'm sure there's craigslist vendors. I'll keep an ear open.

I got a a quote from a vendor everyone raves about for $1200 but was looking for a little less, but if i can't then i'll just book the vendor for $1200 for 10 hours. I just wanted to see my options.

ditto... i booked with halo based off of reviews from this site... met with them and it was simple, something to capture the whole day, and affordable ... i went with a midlevel package and paid 1400... so they def have ones cheaper

Hon...did you already try asking Duet what the upcharge would be for this? I want to say that they charge around $1k for video.
