Try your best to convince him. My husband was very opposed to video, and i finally was able to convince him 2 months before the wedding. Honestly, it was the best decision, according to my husband (I love saying 'I told you so' to him). The days flies by so fast, we could barely remember.

Same here!! Then i watched some trailers and cried i was like, ok i need to have one

Around 2k but im sure you can find even less if you really want one. have FH watch some good trailers and see if he changes his mind

FH is supper opposed to a video too. He just doesn't see the point. I told him if we don't get a video he's going to have to deal with me saying we should have gotten a video of our wedding for the rest of our lives... that changed his tune lol

Yes, we just met with him last night. He came to our house, and we booked him within 30 minutes. His videos are great, and he does exactly what the fh and I are looking for, an artistic, journalistic approach. We'd like to remember the day and have all the parts of the day that you would normally forget, like the funny things people say and the natural reactions people have as compared to posed actions. We are so excited!

J Castillo is affordable. They're an LIW vendor. I think I might use them.

omg noooo anney covince himmmmmm. photo and vide are so valuable bec they last so far after the wedding and while photos catch one aspect of a moment videos catch so much more!!!!!!

I actually just booked with J Castillio. The videos on his website were what I compared every other videographer's videos to. Everything JayR described when we met was exactly what my FH and i were looking for and unable to find at an affordable price. Although I have not been able to find any reviews ofthe company, I got a very positive vibe when we met and I would highly suggest giving him a chance.
