The ones I looked at were all very expensive from the vendor list at the floral terrace...buuuuuttttt.. you should really call Silverfox and ask for their sample video. It is fabulous! I have watched it a couple of times. It was reall worth looking at. Very classy, all set to contemporary music. Just a suggestion. Good luck.

I never realize why people skimp on the video and photography. This is the only live coverage of your wedding day. With that aside, I went with A Fashionable Event, Joe Licul. He has a wonderful personality and extremely knowledgeable in the wedding industry. The pricing was pretty fair market, then again we also booked our photography at the same place...which you might consider, most places will work out alittle discount if you do that. As Joe explained to us, the video and photgrapher work out better when booked through the same place....as opposed to two different companies and one having an attitude.

But if you are looking to skimp and save...I believe alot of the queens studios offer inexpensive packages. You might wanna try Majestic Bridal in Elmont. We saw them as well to get a feel for the difference.

some girls are using duet on here....in huntington...
and some are using Bellarino in bellmore?.. i think they are about $1,200 which is the low side

We used Bellarino.. Phil over there is Fantastic... very unobtrusive and very affordable. They have been a pleasure to work with so far!

Thanks for the recommendations!! It's not that I'm looking to skimp on the video, but I'm on a budget and paid a pretty penny for my photographer. I feel a good photographer is important to have, but was hoping to balance out with a slighly inexpensive video. I hear a lot of brides say its nice to have the video but do not always go back to watch it after the wedding is over. Thanks again, I will look into those posted!!

Not sure what your budget is but Wild Rose has a few packages you can choose from. Plenty of girls on here have used them and were very happy with their work-Good luck!

Iam using Blue Sky Video Productions ...I have seen many many samples and I went with them for quality and price.....

wedding pgs start at $945.00

Billy is the owner---hes wonderful, or you can get Roy, Billy was booked for my date but Roy is just as great. Billy's # is (631) 758-0836 if you mention that Nancy sent you (getting married at JA in Nov 7,2004) he may throw in a free DVD copy!!!Just mention it to him. Other places charge a $$$$ for a DVD copy. Also if you know where you are getting married ask him to see video samples of those places..hes a sweetheart

You are getting married on my Birthday!!!!

I am using Patken for both photo and video- I got a package, so I am not sure of the breakdown for the price they charge for video.

We went with then 'til now. The owner is a dj, however he owns a video company and he showed us at least 10 dvds of his latest work. his prices were reasonable. We also got a discount for booking the dj
