Just wondering if I am overpaying for my videographer, so i wanted to take a poll on how much for video only. Do not include the photography if you have a package. Thanks !

Re: Videographer
Since I got so many extras with my photographer, he kept cutting the videographer down...since FH kept 'acting' like he wasn't interrested...till his eyes got all teary from watching the video! lol. We're paying about 1100... but he's giving us 'free' parent DVDs also...soo...I don't know. His package is usually about 3200!

Re: Videographer
We went with Sherwood Triart and our price for the video part of our package is $2400. A little pricy perhaps but their work is excellent.

Re: Videographer
I got a combined package with Duet. I wouldn't even know what this could cost alone. But looking at the prices posted on here- WOW. Can't believe some packages are so expensive!

Re: Videographer
The one that i'm thinking of might end up being $700 but that's 7 hours or filming. I'm going to start shopping around for much more affordable. Photos mean more to me than a video.

Re: Videographer
I was looking at some of the other videographer websites and I guess I have a good price for everything. Its 2 camera people, all day from when I get ready till the wedding is over, 4 DVDS a photo montage for like $2500. FH is set on the two person, so I guess I will just stick with it. Thanks for your input !

Re: Videographer
Hi Girls...My husband, Gregory owns a film company called Pip Productions. He is new to the wedding industry (not to filming and editing). His introductory prices range from 3-500 for raw video to 1500 for multiple copies of a highly crafted and edited 'movie' of your day. His style is natural, artistic and unobtrusive. If you want someone with lots of lights and microphones he's not your guy. He won't be interviewing your guests nor will he be asking you and your family to 'act' for any reason. He is a true artist who is keenly sensitivite and astutely aware. Plus, he's honestly one of the nicest human beings you can meet (not just saying that either ) He may or may not bring an assistant, depending upon your wants and needs. If he did, it wouldn't change the price points outlined above. If you are interested in meeting with him, please let me know and I'll set you up with an appointment. Or, you can give me your wedding day details and I'll price out an estimate for you. Thanks and happy planning....
