go to couped up. its dirt cheap and tons and tons of bride have used them. i think for raw footage its like 600 and for some basic editing its 895

Agreed - we met with Rob and booked on the spot. We didnt want to go too crazy with video so we are spending under 1K and getting lots of stuff.

I think everyone should do video..you never want to regret it

She kept saying 'I am sooo glad I won this, i would have regretted it immediately) ANYWAY fast forward to her return from the honeymoon.. the guy disappeared never to be seen or heard from again. Her wedding was 2 yrs ago and she cries EVERY time she thinks about it... she is devastated at the fact that she has no video. She always says i wish i just booked it to begin with.

iam meeting with Gil on Saturday. His work looks good, and he offered me a great price for a basic package. We were also going to do without, but since FH dad passed away, we want to be able to remember everyone at our wedding.

i would go for it. there are people that may not be here later in life that may be at you wedding, and personally, i know i would love to have that later in life.
also, there are things that sometimes, pics can't capture, a funny moment you will be able to relive and see. live action you can show your kids and grandkids one day.
you can go really cheap, it doesn't have to be fancy shmancy, and it doesn't have to be edited - which will bring the cost down.
i believe we got the delixe, top of the line package and it was only $1500
