Videographer contract question (JL Productions)

Hi everyone,

I am planning to use JL Productions as my wedding videographer. He sent through a link to the 'contract today', and it's literally 3 lines - just contains the below. This looks really unusual compared to all the contracts I've had with other vendors. I was wondering if anyone else has used him and if this is how your contract looked as well?

I plan to ask him to at least put in his name, start and end time, and expected time for delivering the video. Do any of you have any other suggestions for what to include?

Hmmm I'm using JL Productions too, and the online link he sent us had information on cancelation policy, liability, etc. We booked with him over a year ago though. He didn't include his name on ours, but he is the sole videographer in the company, so it's not like he'd send someone else to shoot the wedding. We also had to fill out another form with the event details. Jack has been great over this past year with communication, and I'm sure he can add any additional info you want in your contract.

Videographer contract question (JL Productions)

I just got my contract for my videographer a few days ago and mine included name, package in detail,payment plans, how long it will take to get my video back, and total cost. Place and time of event I had to fill out on my own.
