Videographer prices

My fiance and I have been debating video for a while now. I've had poor Duet waiting for my response for weeks. This weekend FH was in town and we met with Duet. After meeting we were not very impressed with video b/c of where all of there samples were shot from. We decided that we would have a videographer shoot from a stationary spot during the entire ceremony and jsut do speeches, first dance, cake cutting, mother & father dances and bouquet toss. We don't want a video of us taking pictures or anything like that.

BUT, now that we've decided what we want, we feel that $1000 is a lot to pay because there will be minimal footage captured and little or no editing. Can anyone suggest and unintrusive videographer with a digital camera who will do what we want cheaply??

THanks!

Did you ask Eric if they could accomadate your wishes??? The one thing that I LOVED about them was that they make sure to give you what you want.. TELL them you want to only spend XXXX amount of money, and you only want THESE times taped. See what he can do for you.. You can email them from their website, www.duetwedding.com -- they are VERY quick at responding!!

Good Luck!!
