My fiance and I are going WAY over what we can afford already and I thought we were cutting back!! But I think I will be disappointed forever if I don't get a video...does anyone know of anyone that comes highly recommended for under $1,000 or around $1,000... anything will help!! Thanks!!!
I know VIP photog studios has a deal with a video camera edited for about $700...not sure if you can book seperately.

One of VIP's options is about $600 for video. The other is definitely over $1,000. Check them out.
