I just booked with John from VIP. It is $1195 total. $400 for deposit, $500 due 2 wks before wedding and the rest is due when you get the video. He also has a $599 package which is raw footage no music. Good Luck!

I used T&T Video and their prices are really reasonable. Check out his www.wedding-videos.com. The owner's name is Hal. My video and DVD came out amazing and we paid about $1600.
Re: Videography
I didn't want to spend a lot of money on a videographer, plus I really don't like when they do those photography montages with your baby pics, etc, but I did want my wedding on tape somehow. So we decided to spend the money that it would cost to have a videographer on a nice camcorder and have a relative videotape the ceremony and highlights of the reception. That way we have a wedding video and a camcorder to record future events!
Re: Videography
Just a note on doing it yourself, you will not get the sound during the ceremony without lapel mics. You might want to ask someone about that. I am sure if you call Wild Rose, Bill or Marie will help you on how to do it. I know you can rent that equipment too. It is worth it to have your vows on tape.
