i am flip flopping between the idea of being able to play an edit of the church before we are introduced at the reception...i found one videographer who would do it for an additional cost but the quality of work is not that amazing....and one who does amazing work, is cheaper but does not offer same day edit.
what do i do?
any company suggestions?

Bilski does same day edits. Not sure if you looked into them yet.

Personally, i don't think you need the same day edit. I'd go for quality if it were me.
