For all those using videomaker: I initially posted on 10/31 and got mixed reviews about Mark. It is now 2 weeks later and he has still not returned my phone calls to his office or his cell. I have now sent him a certified letter saying that I want my deposit back due to the unprofessional way he is conducting business and have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Hopefully I will get results this way. For all who recommended Phil and Kate at Bellarino , thank you so much. They are wonderful and we have booked them to shoot the wedding (almost 3 weeks away). I will keep you all updated as to my progress in tracking down Mark.

I am going crazy trying to get a hold of Marc at VideoMaker. I grilled this guy for 2 hours during our meeting in September - and he seemed to be quirky - but his work was great.

I booked him and he has my $250. I have been calling him for two months and I have never rec'd one phone call back.

ShellMarie has been helpful and she has actually seen her footage and waiting to pick-up her final product. She has given him the message from me that I've been desperately trying to reach him and I'm getting very upset.

Still - NOTHING!

I don't have the contract in front of me - do you think he'll return your deposit? I would love to dump him too - but I really need the deposit back. The sad thing is - his work is good - but nothing is worth being put through this.
