Re: Video/Photo from the same place????
08er here...a lot of photography studios will offer videography services, but I chose to get photo & video from separate places.
I will be working directly with the owners of each company, and they each do only 1 wedding at a time. The customer service from each company has been really amazing so far, and I can't wait to work with them on the day of my wedding!!
Check out my album for engagement photos taken by Photography by Christos in late May.

It's about expertise...many times photography studios will offer videography services, but you rarely get to meet the videographer until the day of the wedding and you don't know what his/her credentials are.
Also, I found that the photo & video packages offered by some studios were more expensive than getting photo & video separately...I was able to negotiate a better deal by going through 2 independent studios who do only photography and only videography

Re: Video/Photo from the same place????
My photography and videography are being done by the same company. I am using Silverfox. You can check out their work on their website if you are interested. I LOVE their work. We booked them on the spot after looking at a few other companies.
