Viennese Hour?

Karen-What time is your church ceremony? What time does the cocktail hour start? I am also getting married on a Sat. afternoon and have to be ready pretty early. I keep stressing about it for some reason, like I won't have enought time in the morning or in between the church and cocktail hour.

We have a modified Viennese as part of our reception, included at no extra cost. It consists of some pastries, cookies, cappicino and espresso towards the end. Our reception is on a Saturday afternoon.

You are on the same schedule as I am except our cocktail hour starts at 1:00p and the reception hall is about 15 miles away from the church. I don't know why I am so worried...I guess because I'm not a morning person :o)

Our tentative time schedule is a follows

We are having a Vienesse Hour--our cockatil hour begins at 7pm and everything ends at 12 including the viennese--- It was a huge addition but it was one thing that I wouldnt live without-- I am italian and it wouldnt be a real wedding without one---
for us it was an extra $8 a person and with a guest list at 269 it is alot of money--
