For those of you having this at your reception, did it add time onto your affair? and is the chocolate fountain included? and how much p.p. did it cost you? We are contemplating adding this on?
I am having an added hour of vienese I think the standard price is 16 dollars extra pp for the extra hour and 12 within the 4 hours, but everything is negotiable
We are having the Viennese hour & it does add on another hour...At standard reception excluding the cocktail hour is 4 hours...We are having a 5 hour reception excluding the cocktail hour....Our hall actually provides the chocolate fountain as part of the Viennese...Some halls don't & you have to pay an extra charge for it...Our hall usually charges $10pp for the Viennese but FH was able to negiotate it to $5pp

I am just doing the Viennese trays and we are having an extra 1/2 hr... and it was an extra 10 or 12 a person

Mine is included in our package bc we took the more expensive packagae. It doesnt add time to the party bc the set the tables up in the atrium to the side of the dance floor so dancing time isnt interrupted. She showed us pics and it looks AMAZING!! Not sure about the choc fountain.
I think it definitely depends on the hall. At CLM it adds an extra hour on and it is $20 pp

Currently the NRC doesn;t offer the fountain, I'm not sure what the deal will be when they do.

We are paying $12 pp for it. We do get an hour extra hour and chocolate fountain is included.
We are having a Viennese Hour & it does add an hour on to our reception. Our reception hall does not own a chocolate fountain as of now, but if they do purchase one it will be included in or Viennese Hour. If they don't own one then there is an additional fee, not a per person fee just a flat fee.
