I really wanted a Viennese hour at my reception, but its not going to happen because we have a day wedding and we are not allowed to add another hour on the reception (they got to clean up and get ready for the pm reception),
I was think, is there a company out there that provides all the Viennese goodies, that way my RH wont have to add that extra hour, they just bring out all the goodies after the cake is cut.
Is this even possible?

Hmmm..interesting ??
Could you tell the CH that you would like the Vienesse Hour to be part of your final hour and not an extra hour??

i agree...if you plan to do it while the reception is going on then why not ask for them to do it for the final hour
chateau la mer doesn't allow outside food only if its wrapped, for example wrapped candy

Hmmm. . I don’t know. I guess that’s an option too. I’m going to give them a call and see what they can do

Let us know what happens!! As long as you're willing to pay for it -i can't imagine them saying no....but what do I know?

Why dont you try doing a mini VH? That is odd that they wont let you have an extra hour.

Re: Viennese Vendors?
i am having a night wedding but i didnt want my reception extended by an hour (too late for my guests to stay) so i asked my RH what the options were. they said i could remove my sorbet intermezzo (and have it for guests when they leave) and then serve the cake during the VH instead of separately and that should cover the extra time.

Re: Viennese Vendors?
Try asking them about a mini Viennese or instead of tacking on a extra hour to do the VH during the last hour of the reception so that you still get it without sacrificing time.
