I recent just booked with Villa Lombardi's this past week!!! I was just wondering if anyone has some tips or advice for me that will be helpful during the rest of my planning process.

I would definitely recommend going to the showcases, because I'm pretty sure they do not do tastings. They put out a full cocktail hour spread, so it's a great way to try to taste all the hot dish offerings.
BUT I would def recommend going to the showcase at Lombardi's on the Sound over Villa's, even though it would seem counterintuitive. The one at Villa's last week was super crowded, and really hectic and nerve wracking. The showcase at LOTS was smaller in terms of the amount of people that went, but it also seemed to have more vendors there.
Also, at each visit to the venue for payments, contracts, etc., try to sneak a peak at the rooms if they're set up for weddings, to get flower and color ideas.

its funny that you say that because i was there at that showcase and i was so nervous with the amount of people that were eating in the cocktail hour with all the lines that my fh and i had to wait on. good idea about going to the sound showcase! thanks for the tips!! :)
