I want to enslave my sister soon to do my Signature Drink menu, and I've decided on 3 different kinds of drinks.
The main drink is an Alexander the Great which is vodka, creme de cacao, coffee liquor, and cream (irish creme if I REALLY want to go nuts), which is served in a lowball glass.
The second drink is a Wedding Cake Martini, which can either be Frangelico, Stoli Vanilla, pineapple juice, and cream, OR vanilla vodka, amaretto, white creme de cacao, pineapple, cranberry, and cream, OR vodka, amaretto, pineapple juice, orange juice, and cream. I'm leaning towards the latter, because I like almond more than hazlenut and don't want to go crazy with ingredients.
Then the last will be called a 'Venetian Mask' which is basically the way I make french martinis, chambord, vodka, and lime (instead of the traditional pineapple).
I really don't feel like calling up and being super annoying and asking if they have all of the specialized liquors like the vanilla vodka and white creme de cacao and Frangelico. I know they have Disaronno and chambord and the juices and stuff because I've drank that there lol.
Has anyone discussed liquor/bar with them yet and can confirm what they do and do not have?

Re: Villa Girls...Liquor Question
I can only say from experience of working at a few CH's and going to certain ones (unfortunately not villa, sorry!) but usually flavored liquors are an up charge on your liquor package. I would just call em up!
