I'm booked with LOB and they I had booked right after the hurricane actually and I had questionned what they do in those circumstances (being my wedding could end up with snow) and they said that they offer another weekend always and they're as accomodating as they can be. She was telling me even that they had to cancel a few weddings and already had offered up new weekends to all the people involved; I wonder what happened!
ETA* I just watched the video; that's nuts! I'd be upset too.
