Just wondering who your BM is at Villa. I had Craig however, he is no longer there. Heard great things about Jenny as well but she is gone too. Would like an idea as to who to request now.
Also, did anyone ask how early you can arrive before your ceremony (or reception if you are not getting married there)? I was told an hour and half by Craig and now they are telling me an hour.

I had craig too! They didn't even call me to tell me he left. when i go in there to pay, they tell me they are going to set me up with one, but they still have yet to do so... although i don't really know why i need one now. we'll see
eta: it bothered me when i found out he left too. I felt like everything he said to me was a lie! I mean i know they are salesmen, but still...

They never called me either. They should have called everyone who had Craig as a bm. They told me they would assign me to someone as well but keep giving me Albina who I am not to fond of. She rushes me off the phone. And I have a lot of questions and she always returns my calls on her way out. Tomorrow I am going to call back and request to speak to someone else. I feel that way too about Craig.

i think this is something that the lombardis do a lot
i believe craig is at lob now
when we booked we were told not to expect to b working with ana bc they move their BMs around to each of their locations
its annoying bc we loved our first BM.

Yes!! Get used to it! i'm at LOTS and I've had I think 4 people helping me... they kept moving them. It is very frustrating.

Yes ladies very frustrating and annoying. I just don't want to be told a million different things. LOL! I wonder why they feel the need to move people around like that.
