Have any you ladies asked for Sat., 2007 quotes? Usually what's the price range for a Sat. night w/ everything for the most part? TIA

for a minimum of 200 guests with the vienese hour included i got a quote of $114 for sat in june 2006. they said they would go down to $109.

mine was about 160 a head (tax, grauity, vienese hr) with a min of 150. I was in february, but i know the min goes up to 200 once you get into the popular months. it was worth it though... the food is outrageous, and they do an incredible job! good luck

What does that price include? I know for a fact I need to have that whole full seafood shabang during CH, w/ lobster's, etc and a full viennese w/o a doubt.

My price included Vienese hr, cocktail hr you get 10 hot tray's selection of 40 choices (they put 20 trays out) pasta station with your choice of 2 selections of 10
carving station 2 selections of 5 choices Hot Hordoeuuvres passed butler style (10 items)
they have a sushi station antipasto display italian chef table cheese display crudite fruits and berries wine station
the menu is crazy
They have an upgrade for the seafood you are looking for. hope this helps...i'm hungry now...

Yeah...how much is the upgrade for the seafood? Maybe I'll bring my own fish...lol. That sounds like a lot...which is really, really good especially when your trying to feed my italian family.

The seafood upgrade is $18 pp plus tax and if you want lobster included it is $25 pp plus tax....at least that is what I was quoted for a Friday night. I don't know if the seafood price changes for Saturday.
There is plenty of food without the seafood buffet. I am catering to a big italian family too and they will never know it's missing with all the other good stuff.
