Village Bridal (Babylon) / Helen's (Commack)

Has anyone ordered their dresses from either of these places? How were your experiences?

Didn't order anything from either, but went to Village Bridal with FSIL when she was trying on wedding dresses and they were very nice there and seemed very willing to help you find the perfect gown for you. They had a great selection as well.

I didn't order my dress from Village Bridal but I wanted to. I've heard nothing but good things, they were so helpful everytime I went there or called. They even sent me a 10% off coupon if I decided to purchase through them! I cannot say enough good things about them.

I ordered my gown from Helen's....I had an awesome experience with Liz...she was great to work with and a lot of fun.

I went to two other salons and the service didn't compare.

Definitely check it out!

I bought my dress from Helen's...LOVED it there! So nice and helpful. I was in and out of dresses quickly..awesome!

I bought my dress from village bridal, just watch their prices because i saw the gown i wanted at 2 other places for less, but village bridal was willing to match it.

After finding my dress at Village Bridal, I ordered it from Helen's. Village Bridal was very nice, had a great selection and the girl I worked with was patient and attentive.

Helen's was able to offer me a price I couldn't turn down, which is why I ordered there. They were also really nice, although the store isn't quite as nice looking/polished as Village Bridal.

Haven't had my alterations yet, but I'll post once I do!

I have been to both! They both have GREAT customer service!
I do have to say that Helen's has gone above and beyond to help me find a wedding gown Liz and ashley are the BEST! I fell confident in ordering my dress from them! When the time comes

I also ordered my dress from Village Bridal and agree watch their prices. My dress was a lot cheaper at two other stores and Village ended up matching the price.

I'm doing the same thing!!! Both places are great but it came down to the better price for me!

I ordered from Village Bridal and have been to Helen's as well.

I LOVE VILLAGE BRIDAL. The Experince there was absolutley wonderful. And they matched RK Bridal's price for my dress and my mother's dress.

Julita is a doll. She is absolutley wonderful to work with!

I ordered my dress from Village Bridal ! They have an amazing selection and great customer service. I do agree that they are a little pricier then others but they will match price which is good !

I go for my first fitting with them the 29th ! AHHHH
