Vincents Clam Bar??? UPDATED with Review!!

good bad otherwise??? looking to go there for dinner need some help! thanks girls!


UPDATE:
so FH and i drove to Carle place for dinner and let me tell you we had one of the BEST dinners EVER!!! the food was delicious!! I had 'lobster kiss' it was lobster, scallops, linguini and pancetta (Italian bacon) in a lobster cream sauce.. it was literally to DIE FOR!! FH had the Fra Diavalo (sorry i cant spell but its every type of fish and linguini in a spicy marinara) and he said its was the best hes ever had! we also had baked clams app. they were also fantastic. and their bread yum yum!!! so for anyone whos interested in going out for some GREAT italian/seafood check this place out... i also had a cannoli for dessert.. it too was AWESOME!! the atmosphere was very nice we only waited about 15 min but it was very loud. but its a small price to pay for the yummy food.. kinda reminded me of Ciao Baby atmosphere!

Not sure about Vincents but Peter's in Island Park is really good! Sorry that probably didn't help you though. I just thought of it when you mentioned Vincents and I got excited

oooo....i LOOOVE that place!! go to the one in Howard Beach though! i hear they are much better than the one near Roosevelt Field Mall. They have the best sauce! (sweet sauce). and i am obsessed with their eggplant parmagiana.

If that is the one you are talking about.. its good.. but we havent eaten there in a few years.

yeah there is one in carle place (but i heard that one isnt always good). we go to the one in howard beach on cross bay blvd. and it is always good.

it's nice. and the one by the Mall is right up the block from me.
i don't eat seafood but i've heard great things about it. their other non seafood is yummy.

it is where i live

i have only eaten there once but we ALWAYS order calamari, clams and pasta from there it is SO good.

I always seen that place Uncle bacala's, but never knew if the food was good, might try it out soon...I also always see that place Jonathon's which is italian and seafood.
