Vineyard Caterer Brides, I went to my food tasting....
Went yesterday to our tasting, the food is DELICIOUS!!!! They started us off some cocktail hour food, cold salads which consisted of seafood salad, szechan style mussels, chicken with cajun cole slaw, orzo rice with vegetables. Then we tasted some hot food, eggplant rollitini, seafood newburg (mixed seafood in a cream sauce - almost like a light bisque), fried calamari and one of the entrees the chateau briand (which was like butter). Obviously, we couldn't try every single thing that is going to be served but from what we tried I am completely happy!!!!
For the complete cocktail hour and dinner menu....

FH and i went to a wedding there last month. The food was delicious!!!!!!

Awsome! So glad to hear that the food was delicious! Question.....did they schedule a tasting when they had another wedding going on...? How many people were you allowed to bring? I was planning on it being the two of us and our parents....is that too much? Ohhhhhhhhh! I'm so excited!

That place is beautiful! Glad to hear the food is great since I will be at my friend's wedding on 10/8!

FI and I went to our tasting about 3 weeks ago and were completely floored at how good everything tasted.....god, the tartufo..... it was just the two of us and we sat in silence-too busy stuffing our faces to talk-for about an hour and a half, i thought johnny would have to roll us out of there and into our car!

We just went to a dinner/dance thing there on Saturday and I agree... the food was YUMMY!!!
