Love Baiting Hollow... would be perfect for a bachelorette party. It's a great vibe. There's always live music, you can sit at tables outside, people dance to the music, you can order food... so fun!

ETA they have really cute shirts and tanks you can buy and wear there too... love it !

Pindar and Duck Walk are both great, but owned by the same family/company so their wines are *similar* but yet still different.

I would recommend both honestly, esp Duck Walk where you can bring lunch (or arrange it through the limo tour company) and sit out on the patio.

Jasons was nice (steel barrels if I recall correctly), so was Pugliesi but the wine is very dry there.

Oh, and I heard Vineyard 48 was nice but I havent been there yet.

It's fun no matter where you go, so enjoy!!

Oh and Martha Clara is great too... they always have fun events and you can bring food and picnic on their tables outside.

I frequent the vineyards a lot since I live fairly close to them of those here are MY opinions of them
Baiting Hollow- LOVE! One of my fav's the staff are wonderful and have good wines and music too
Dileberto- Really pretty place but they don't filter the wines so I don't love them. Still a gorgeous place to see
Duck Walk- Not a fan... Sorry.... it get's very crowded and I don't like their wines (same goes for pindar)
Jason's Vineyard- Good...
Laurel Lake- I only like about 2 of their wines but the vineyard is really pretty! Big out door deck and lots of photo ops
Macari- Good wines, nice place they have 2 locations both are really nice
Peconic Bay- MY FAVORITE! Great music, GREAT WINES... they always have something going on. I love them!!!
Pindar- stated above with Duck Walk
Pugliese- never been to
Vineyard 48- AWESOME! They have a DJ and dancing every Saturday it's really a fun place

Hope this helps!

Re: Vineyard Recs

I've been to all of them and i love them all.

However, my absolute FAVE vineyard on the north fork is Croteaux. It is 100% rosé wines and they have a rosé sangria that you can get and it is to die for! and they have a really cute area to hang out outside

I love Baiting Hollow, Pindar, Laurel Lake & Duckwalk.

Baiting Hollow is a horse rescue & you can see the horses. They also have live music & a pretty big gift shop w/lots of cool wine gadgets & kitchen stuff & they have hot foods (artichoke spinach dip, nachos, etc.)

Pindar has a big tasting room & their speciality wines ($4/sample, but if you buy a bottle they take it off the cost of the bottle) like their Mythology and their Reisling Ice Wine are omg, so worth it. I skip right over the summer blush & spring splendor and go right for the ice wine, so good.

Duckwalk has a very similar look to Pindar, and their ice wine is really good as well.

Laurel Lake has a riesling in a bright blue bottle that is really really good.

Castillo di Borghese is cool too...their tasting room is smaller, but they have an art gallery which is pretty cool, and I like their Allegra wine.

My friends parents own Diliberto Winery, I highly recommend it! It's small, but it has the prettiest tasting room and Sal, the owner is great!
