there are tons of things you can get from wine themed save the dates to bottle of wine party favors. in addition, there are plenty of card holders in the shape of grapes or corks.

I would do bottles of wine as favors, maybe vine/grape centerpieces, table numbers could be different types of wine? I think this is a great theme and there's probably so much you can do. Sorry can't think of anything else at the moment.

There was an 08 bride who got married at macari vineyards-I think her name is KK Holiday, she has a great review up on The Brides Review.

Re: VINEYARD WEDDINGS

I got married on Friday and had a wine theme. I used corks for the place cards. I also named my tables by wine names and put them in beautiful frames which I am selling once I get back from my honeymoon. Let me know if you want to see pictures of the frames. You can see one of the frames in my album which was at the sweetheart table (bride and groom table)...we named our table champagne. I had a bottle of white and red on each table. I didn't do favors because i donated to a charity instead. Let me know if you need any more help.

def wine bottle or wine topper favors..
i have also seen people use corks as place card holders...if you really want to pull the them together you can use purple and green accent colors on the place cards-like maybe as the border of the place card...
