VINYL SIDING....

Anyone do the vinyl siding on their house recently?

We are looking into it- we were going to go to Home Depot to purchase and a friend who is in construction is putting it up for us....

I am so indecisive about the colors.... Postp pics....

Just a note - the Home Depot siding has a tendency to fade. We had put it up on our shed at the same time that we had re-sided our house (got the house siding from Florence Bldg Supplies, thought we'd save money on the shed and go with same color from HD). Put up at the same time, and the shed is significantly faded in areas! We only re-sided 2 years ago!

thanks for the tip.... what was the color you put up that faded? for the matter, maybe we will wind up with white....

We used Eastsiders for new roof, windows, and siding. It seemed like every house on my block was tan or yellow, so we went with grey and blue. Here is a picture...
