Re: VIP club
If its the one in New Rochelle I went to a baptism party there once. The food was good, but the place is huge. It would be good for a very big wedding.

Re: VIP club
If it is the VIP Country Club in New Rochelle we had our wedding there. We loved it, everything was perfect, the food , the service and we loved the look of the place also. If we're talking about the same place, feel free to ask me any questions you might have.

It is pretty big, they only hold 2 weddings there at a time, they have a big room that can hold up to 400+ guests and then a smaller room that hold hold up to 200. They do have space to hold the ceremony if you choose to do that. Definitely check them out, I highly recommend them.

Re: VIP club
I looked at VIP and thought it was nice. In case you were looking for some pricing info, they quoted me $130pp for a Saturday night in June and $120pp for Saturday in July. I know you're looking for Sunday (7/10), but just to get a general idea... I'm not sure if you're looking to have your ceremony there (we were) but start times for Sat eve are 5pm or 7pm. This place was nice and ceremony area comes with a canopy, which is removable, but the metal rods that hold it up stay in place and are affixed to the ground. Felt a little like climbing through a jungle gym. Not great if you want to take advantage of a nice afternoon, but at least you can still have ceremony outside if it rains. Cocktail hour room was nice, with fireplace and outdoor area with fountain. But it didn't seem like you'd be as separate from another wedding as the banquet manager wanted us to think. For example, if reception is upstairs, you could be looking out onto someone's wedding ceremony on the terrace. That was just my impression though. The grounds are fantastic. Definitely worth the trip to Westchester
