VIP Photo & Video

My FH and I are about to book them, I did a seach on them and could not find to much information. I was wondering if anyone used them lately or will be using them.
We like John and he did a lot of research for us
(we want a digital album called the Soho book).

Hi!
I visited with John recently, and he was my second choice. I was really torn- b/c I LOVED the digital album. THere have been a lot of really positive comments about him and the studio on the boards. I haven't seen anything negative about them!

I have him booked for May! I cant wait! I am getting that 'Soho' album, had no idea that was the name though...... how cool!

I booked John last March. I really liked his style. He was a real easygoing guy and he made me feel very comfortable. I really haven't come across too many negative posts about him. The prices are really good too!

What is this Soho album? I don't remember mentioning this last year. Do you mind explaining the package?

The Soho Book is a digital wedding album that is the coolest one out there that I have seen. IMO!
Anyway, My FH and I have seen this book only at a few photgraphers and we fell in love with the book but not the photographers...We met with John at VIP and I love his style and the fact that he has two photographer, which does not cost more!!!! I told John that we really like him and would like to use him but we really want the Soho Book. Long story short, he can get us this book for the same package price as his other digital album.
I'm a Graphic Artist and I just think the Soho book is really up-to-date with today's style.
I'm getting married in March 03, so next time your in to see John maybe he will have a sample of the book!!

John is the owner, he told me that he has about 5-6 photographers

If you want John ask him to write it in your contract if he hasn't booked another wedding on your day. I forgot to do that and he was so nice to write it in for us. Thank goodness when we booked our wedding was 500+ days away.

We booked VIP too,
we are getting the Diamond package with digital album - he never told us the name of the book, is this the soho or something else.

its like a coffe table/storybook kinda thing?

now i am curious about this whole soho thing.

my wedding is the day before yours Amy!

we really liked John and his price was great, ended up spending more then I budgeted bc I didnt go in there knowing he Had the Album I really wanted and when he did I Had to have it.

We are planning to use him too. We're supposed to come in this weekend to finalize the contract with John. There should be many posts on VIP here. From what I've read here, there were many positive reviews and that's why we contacted him.

John is a member of LI Weddings. You can get to his site by searching the photographers under Wedding Services. I used him for my Aug wedding and I'll be calling him this week to arrange my albumn appointment. It took me months to go through all the photos and narrow down the shots. I was very happy with the quality and quantity and John was easy to work with and really made things go smoothly during the Wedding.

i used John and Kathy for my July wedding and was extremely pleased at the proofs...(waiting on album)

I really liked Kathy...my sister used John and someone else, but I don't remember her name...but even though I am biased I liked my proofs better (with Kathy)

Please FM for my opinion on the video...I did not book them, but they did come to my wedding...

I offically booked VIP the other night!!!!!and we are getting the SOHO book
I'm so happy we found a photographer we like and the album we really wanted!!!
