I know alot of you are using VIP Studios for your pictures, but what about for video?
I met with VIP (but booked Mark Kauffman instead). John does nice photography, but the video quality was lacking IMO. Not great sound quality or very creative again JMO
Thanks, I looked at VIP for photo, but I didn't watch the video when I was there.
I didn't get VIP for video...but I do know that he has upgraded since I saw the video in 2001
I loved his pictures but wasnt crazy about the video when I booked with him and did not see and upgraded version.
I'm a believer in hiring separate photo and video. You want a trained videographer doing your video...not a photographer;s side business, IMO. But as for VIP I used them for photo and am soooo happy! You can check out some of my proofs on the newleywed side if you want to see.
I met with him and thought the photos were great, but the video wasn't the best I saw. I think their prices for video were very reasonable though.
