well it's not on LI, its in NC....i'm posting the pic from their website that made me fall in love with it..but girls beware of websites making their places look much more than they are. that one picture is the ONLY thing i liked about the location...the 'estate' and ceremony site were ridiculous....i'm so disappointed...
it was a food tasting and wayyyy too many people were invited...people had to stand up and eat...yikes!!! how unprofessional!!! and the food wasn't that great...damn!! on to the next!
I think you posted this pic a while back, right? I remember. I love the way it looks though. Very classy!
But, I am sorry you didn't have a great experience when you went there. That happens sometimes. That's why people must check out every place.

i'm in raleigh...that place is called highgrove estate and it's in fuquay-varina which i wasn't too happy about but wanted to check it out anyways (its like a 30 minute drive)...
i'm going to check out the matthews house and prestonwood country club sometime soon.
