Visiting Halls

On Sunday FH and I are going to Venetian Yacht Club and Chateau La Mer. Since FH is a d.j. I had him call since they know who he is. But of course he tells both places were going to have 220 people. 220 people is are max with everyone coming.

Visted VYC too it was really pretty!! .. Good luck our minimum is 200

Normally I love my large family but now it is to big. My side in close family is 98 and FH close family is 104! HUGE italian families plus my mom and FH dad are 1 of 7!!

i am going to Chateau La Mer tomorrow to give a deposit for engagement party....Great venue with water views from every room!

Both Venetian Yacht Club and Chateau La Mer were so friendly and helpful yesterday. (Might help that FH is a dj and they know him lol) Chateau La Mer we love the outside and FH loves the food (i have never had it). I liked the rest of the place but nothing jumped out at me. Venetian Yacht Club just amazed me. They showed us all the new work in both rooms and it looked amazing. We talked to Samantha at VYC and she was so nice. She even looked up sunset times of us for March 2013. Were probably going to look at a couple more places but I do not think anything will beat the price and how much we love the place.

are u going to be booking anything else this year? I am asking bc I am also a 2013 bride and I am thinking od knocking out as much of the RH as i can in this year and then late 2012 start all the other vendors.. what are ur plans?

After the hall were going to probably book the dj. FH a dj and wants a guy he knows to do the wedding. We have our engagement party in July so then were going to wait till after that. Hopefully photo by the end of the summer. Then I have no clue.

Oh ok yes i have that check already we booked our dj ( a friend) are u doing the engagement party this July?

I am thinking of doing a bridal shower june of 2013 since the wedding is planned for August 2013..

we are not doing an egagement party as we are already married
