Visiting RH tonight!

FH and I have our appointment at the hall tonight to go over the menu and some details. I have no idea what I'm supposed to bring up. Can anyone share what they discussed at their meeting?

Hey date twin! We just brought the menu with us! We discussed what we wanted for the cocktail hour, dinner and the cake. (what kind of filling do you want etc). They gave us our seating chart, placecards.

They just answered some questions that we had, but thats all.

we haven't had our meeting yet, but my BM told me the following:

Pick out menu
Pick out linens
Rough idea of head count
Decide on table (round vs.oval)
map out the layout of room, where place card table, gift table, DJ etc...will be
Have phone #'s of all contracted vendors
Ask about the intinerary for the night
mention any special request

If I think of anything else I will let you know.
