Hey guys. I see a lot of people on here use Vista Print. I read some very bad information on them. It sounded too good to be true that they send you free cards. It is a ploy. They actually end up charging your account every single month. I read a lot of consumer complaints on consumeraffairs.com.
Just wanted to give you all a heads up.

i have used them at least 10 times for various items and i have NEVER been charged
i have read this before but its yet to happen to me

I use them on a very regular basis, and have never been charged for anything I did not order.
There used to be a box that you had to UNCHECK before submitting your order that signed you up for one of their 'buyers clubs' or something like that. I believe that feature has been removed. Either way, in my opinion, it is the customer's responsibility to read and double check their order before hitting that 'submit' button.
Also, Vistaprint's customer service is fantastic. They have helped me out before when there was a slight mistake or something even if it was my fault in the end.
Someone I know on another wedding board had the issue with being charged by them, and when she called them to complain they appologized and credited her account.

Well, I was just a little skeptical. BBB rated them the top 10 business with the highest consumer complaints. Maybe it doesn't happen everyone but it does seem many are very unhappy. I just Googled the company before using them and decided not to order from them based on what I saw.

I just got my STDs from them and they look great!!! I got my e-announcements from them also, no complaints here.

i didnt get scammed, but i did get an email about 2 months later about being enrolled in their rewards program and that it costs like $15/month, all I had to do was click on the unsubscribe website and it was all good.....i double checked my bank statement anyway b/c i used my debit card.
