vista print error

So I got my Save the Dates in the mail and I *LOVE* them, however, there are 4 faint white streaks down the left side of the front of the postcard. From far away you can't tell, but they are going to be in peoples faces on their fridge, and as my coworker said, 'this is your wedding not some random party!'

So I'm going to call Vista print...has anyone dealt with them for problems? Are they easy to deal with and just send you a new box no questions? Or do I have to send back the old ones? (which I will certainly do if I have to but it is an extra hassle at their fault)

I had major print issues with them!! You do need to call and they WILL re-send the order without you having to return them. It's their fault!

My STD's came THREE TIMES before I had enough without color issues. I doubt I will ever use them again.

Their customer service is excellent, they'll probably replace them free.

I ordered 500 STD's instead of 200 (don't ask ) and I called to fix my mistake but it was too late. So they shipped 500, but only charged me for 200.

I will agree the CS was great, but the issues were repeated three times. It suckkked!

They have great CS, but yeah I agree, I had problems when they sent me address labels. You don't need to worry about them fixing it though, just stay on top of them so they do it quick!

Just keep calling and make sure they know it was THEIR printing, not your fault. I only had one CS rep that made me mad, but that was more bc he had a language barrier and I absolutely dont understand WHY people with thick accents work in CS. Hate that.

They will resend them. They have good customer service... I feel VP is one of those ' you get what you paid for.' I got my save the dates and they were great!

They have great customer service..I ordered invites from them but the color (my choices) looked bad so they shipped me a new set for free (plus extras)

Their customer service is great. Whenever I have had any issue, they have been extremely quick to rectify it; either refunding me or reprinting the items.

I ordered things with Vista Print a number of times. One time they made a huge mistake and after some arguing, they did finally do the right thing.

So if you are not happy, make sure you return them and prepare yourself that you may need to argue.
