Just BE CAREFUL . . .I jsut got off the phone with them because they charged my Credit Card two times with a $14.95 charge for the 'rewards club' which I TOTALLY don't remember agreeing too.

Luckily I called them up and told the guy 'take off the charges, take me off your membership list, and please don't charge me again' After being on hold for 5 minutes, he came back and said he returned the 2 charges to me and I won't be charged again.

I love their products, but I don't like to be scammed ! !

I used them and didn't have a problem at all - I loved the way my STD postcards came out.

I heard that some people who had the problem with the extra charges to their CC had agreed to do some sort of survey after they placed their order. Me being lazy, I didn't bother, and I didn't have any charges on my card.

I used them and didn't get scammed... but I didn't do it during any of their promotions. My STDs came out beautifully.

That's really awful about being automatically enrolled in that program - I think I'll avoid using their 'free' stuff!

I used one of their 'free' offers and did not get scammed. I think the problem is when people click on ANYTHING after they pay/purchase. I checked my CC and didn't see anything, so it's not the free offers that cause the additional charges.
