Vista Printing!!!

so I ordered business cards from vista printing to use as my place cards. People on here warned me that they charge extra charges so I called them to make sure I would not be charged and they told me that thats only if you are enrolled in the 'vista rewards'

So that was a month ago, and now today I get an email saying that it was a vista billing statement. I go to the site and it says that if I dont cancel I will be charged!! Even though I was told that I was not enrolled I guess I WAS!!!

Girls go on your accounts and double check! Even better call them and give them hell.

I was the one who made that post. I made one here and one on Brides Helping Brides. You have to make sure you cancel the rewards program- that is what the monthly charge is for. A lot of people say they didn't click that offer but they still give it to you anyway which is unfair.

yea its BS....but as long as you catch them trying to charge you their deals are fabulous!!!!!!

The thing is I did call and asked if I did I was enrolled and the customer service rep said oh no you are not dont worry you wont get charged. They probably tell everyone that!

I pressed a button when I first did it and I messed up and got enrolled but, they fixed it right away. I have ordered 3 times since and nothing was charged since that time.

That is so annoying! I can't believe companies can actually do this. I bet that is why their prices are so low. They make all their money charging peoples accounts UNREAL

theyve taken out like 100 out of my account i've beyond pissed. theres no way to get that $$ back

i dont think it says it anywhere. i would just chekc your bank statements

Girls- make sure you go onto vistaprint.com and remove yourself from the rewards promotion- whether you signed up or not just to be safe. Here is the link:

08'er butting in to say :

Vistaprint has great deals, I had my shower invites, my menu cards, my rehearsal dinner invites made for really cheap there however, the catch is you MUST be sure to unclick any offers they try to sneak in when your checking out or you will get charged! Just keep your eyes open and you will be fine.
