VistaPrint.....

is angering me! I have my STD's saved in my Account and want a sample, before I order 100+. I emailed an inquiry and was directed on how to place an order. Ok strike 1.

Now I am on foreverrrrr HOLD with a CS Rep. She said they dont do free samples (really, um why?) and I have to order 10. She is 'trying' to locate a promotion code for me, so that they only cost shipping.

I cant think this is the norm. When I was investigating Magnets, I got samples from MagnetStreet within a week!

I had to hang up. It was a 6 minute hold, which is ridiculous. I know they probably come out really nice, but if I hate them and have 100, I may cry. lol

not sure if this helps, but i am really happy with everything i ordered from them.

Also...it wont be a sample of your design, but they do offer a sample packet for free so you can see the quality of most of their products:
vistaprint samples

My brother ordered stuff from vista print a few years ago and it was really nice if that helps at all. I understand wanting a sample first though.

I ordered my Save the Dates from them...got them today. I love them! I ordered my business cards from them a few years ago! Always a pleasant experience.

we have used them a bunch of times they are good! i got free samples from lots of sites but i did pay for them on a handful! we actually ordered the 100 free too and arent using them b/c patken is providing them w/ e-pics so we prefer those pics lol but we just tossed them no biggie

I was sent a whole sample wedding packet. Shipped to me for free. It got here pretty quick too.

Thanks! I ordered a sample pack and will most likely order my STD's after I feel the quality etc.
