VistaPrint -Rant!!
So i was going to do custom printed post-it notes as part of my favor. I ordered one from VistaPrint and the color was a bit off from the file i uploaded. So they sent me another. The color was closer, but they made it so intense that you really couldn't write on it..the graphic was too dark and distracting...well today I get the 3rd attempt and it is still wrong. So they won't send me another proof...they said because they keep sending me ones and they are all the same. I told the womain in India i was speaking too that if she would like i would send her a picture to see how different the 3 are from each other and the proof. And she claims they do nothing to the file when it prints...so i asked, then how did i get 3 different looking things from the same file??? End result, they are refunding me...but i wanted to order 100 for my favors! And side note...i have been a Graphic Artist for over 10 years so it's not like i don't know how to set up the art correctly and i know all about pinting! Sorry this is so long...i just want to punch someone right now!![]()
