Okay I am really confused and really pissed off....
I ordered my STD's back in Nov/Dec. I charged it to my credit card. I've been paying my bill every month since then. For some reason I only just noticed - the past 3 months Vistaprint has been charging me $14.95 for Vistaprint rewards!!! What the heck?!?!?!?!
I never signed up for anything!! This is so sneaky on their part!!

I think Vistaprint is great. There was a second box that pops up after your order is done. A lot of websites do it, you just have to be careful. Call them dispute and they will take it off. Happened to me too, and it was a breeze to get them to refund and it was done fast.

Thanks ladies, I got it taken care of! My AMEX account is awesome- they automatically took 3 of the charges off my account but they couldn't remove one of them because it's too old. I called vistaprint and they're gonna refund and take me off the program. Man they are sneaky!!!

I ordered my STD magnets from them and hated how they came out - when I emailed customer service they never responded. I emailed them 4 times!

They charged me 2 times and then I called them and they refunded me. I have never had a single problem with them product wise. I ordered all my STD stuff from them and they came out perfect. Then I made my friend a bunch of personalized wedding stationary and that too was great. I am now waiting to receive my Wish Bowl Cards I ordered from them...fingers crossed!!
