No she isnt at all. well at least she seemed super sweet. i wanted to hug her! lol but i controlled myself

Its by Nicole Miller. I saw it online in a picture but couldn't find it anywhere. I ended up calling the Nicole Miller store and had them search for it and they found ONE in that color and in my size and had it shipped to me. It was so worth it. I'm in love with that dress.
