I could tolerate it in bits and pieces.

I have to know - did anyone see Fergie perform? I wanted to know if she attempted to sing live but that's one of DH's 'I'm gonna sing torture my wife' songs, so I couldn't watch.

Didn't watch - DH is IO to all award shows, and I made him watch the Emmy preshow, so he was all awardshowed-out. I like looking at all the outfits though

I have to stare at her - she's had so much plastic surgery, I try to figure out what's been done exactly.
The devil eyebrows are my favorite.

I think that in an interview that I read somewhere, she said that she was a few years ago.

That's what I thought. I also had heard that her plasticness was because of it.

OMG - and to think Stephanie Tanner was addicted.

Is there any proof she did have surgery or is it just speculation? She says she didn't, I guess. Now that I think about it, her cheekbones do look strange.

She performed on So You Think You Can Dance and wasn't lip synching. DH and I tried to watch the VMA's but between the acts that we'd never heard of and the airhead screechy acceptance speeches (Pussycat Dolls, Pink), we had to shut it off for our own sanity.

we watched - i love award shows - did not watch the preshow though (we made a deal!) - it was ok - Jack Black was annoying and the raconteurs were awful!
btw pink was only do that voice as an act to further make fun of the 'stupid girls'

Which I happened to think was rather ironic since Nicole Richie was one of the presenters of her award. I'm pretty sure MTV does things like that on purpose. It's just too perfect to have someone present an award to someone else for a song/video that clearly makes fun of the presenter... So odd...
