1. Idiot who expects me to get back to him but leaves no number, no company name and no pertinent info that can give his identity away other than his name is Bob.
2. Clueless dork who leaves a 10 minute monologue but could have been done in 10 seconds if she got right to the point and told me I need to call someone else.
On a side note: To my 40 something year old co-workers wearing the Santa hats....take them off...you do NOT look cute
