i saw this actor while I fed the homeless in a bad area of brooklyn.

It was so funny, cause he walked and and we were like...'wait are you .....??'

noone knew his name, but he said 'yes i am that guy'

we could totally do a toy drive and donate to my work!!! (if anyone wants to)
when i worked as a case manager in a shelter i've never seen more gifts than the children received and a lot of times they got left when the family moved.

BUT I work for the county (begins wiht a C ends with a you never want to open your door and see me there) (can't post on here due to client lurkers) and the past few years have been pretty much non-existent with Christmas stuff and back to school supplies and a lot of our clients count on us for that stuff. Many times i've gone out and 'adopted' one of my familes
The children I deal with have all been abused or neglected at some point in their lives/ we deal with families in shelters, families in low rent housing, poor families, middle class, wealthy familiesthe whole gamet. A lot of these kids won't have a real Christmas b/c mom nad just don't have it b/c they need to pay their rent and put food on the table and buy diapers and formula. PT i'm trying to make is that I know A LOT of people who could benefit from the generosity of LIW girls!

I do a toy drive every year and i usually just pick a low income school to donate to. What are the ages of the kids? I will definitely contribute the donations to your org this year. FM me so I know the org, the ages, breakdown of b&g etc!
