I thought Ruben was great last night! He can sing to me any day!
Kimberly was bad the first time...she hurt my deaf ear! The second time was better but not good enough IMO. I think she'll get the axe tonight, even though I think it should be Josh.
I thought Josh was good compared to his previous performances but I'm so tired of him! He's got to go!
Clay was okay, but I didn't pay much attention to his singing necessarily b/c FBIL was over and FH kept telling him that Clay is gay and it was just too funny watching his reaction to it... and yes, Thrilled I TOTALLY see him in Man of La Mancha! LOL!

Reuben was great- though I loved the second song better!!!!
Josh was better than usual.
Kimberly was ok, not her best.
I really liked Clay as well, though he is so totally Broadway.

Believe it or not, I thought they were ALL off last night. Maybe it was the songs they chose, but not one of them impressed me... not even Kimberly and she's my favorite! Although the judges seemed to like everyone last night.
They sounded GOOD, but this is a tough week... I'm not sure who's going to leave us tonight. Josh seemed to have made a come back... BUT he's inconsistent. Who knows... my mother and I just sit there very nervous watching the TV.

I voted for Clay, Ruben is good, but he doesn't do anything for me, I like Clay better, not that Clay is better, but I prefer the ay he sings, I guess.

I love love love the BeeGees. Passionately. So to hear Josh belting Jive Talking like Garth Brooks singing to the last rows of his Concert in Central Park was agony for me. I'm a BeeGees purist so I found his rendition of Jive Talking just awful.
MY heart ached for Robin Gibb - he lost his twin only like 2.5 months ago. Can you imagine the grief he is still experiencing? And he was such a classy gentleman to all the contestants.

funny, i voted for ruben LAST week and got right through....last night I had to wait. He can't go - he is so much more talented than everyone else. Everyone else looks like they are trying too hard. Though last night everyone sounded better - but I agree about robin gibb- how sad.
