$720 (incl tax) + $275 for alterations (incl bustle).

Don't know about alterations yet.

I voted wrong..my dress was $705 after tax..not sure yet on alterations

Uh-paid way too much-more than I had planned on BUT I LOVE MY DRESS so I decided not to care...

I shopped around for a good price for my dress it was $1,150 but I got it for $845 plus tax

Your missing a spot for $1500-2000. My dress was $1200, the mandatory alteration feel was $400 and then I still had to spend another $78 on a slip and $20 for them to sew cups in.

yeah - I didn't get a dress yet but that was my range... I totally didn't budget in alterations, slip, corset and such....

I cant believe all that money for just 8 hours. I think someone should start a trend where you get to wear it again... sure its creepy - but for that much cash I want some mileage out of that puppy! Some lady at the dress shop said to make it into a christening gown - could you imagine your kid puking all over your vera?

My dress started at $1700, I'm having it re-designed slightly for about another $300, and don't know about alterations. I'm hoping to borrow a crinoline from a friend.....
