votive placecard instructions

i have searched and searched this forum for the instructions, but no luck!

anyone have the instructions how to make the votive placecards (like printing and spacing etc)?

i made a template in word that i can fm you. i'm using the votive holders from michaels/ac moore manufactured by indiana glass. you just need to take my monogram out. if you're using a different holder, you can adjust the textboxes according to the dimensions of your holder.
