Votive Placecards

Hi! I LOVE the way votive placecards look and would love to use them at my wedding. Here's my question for brides who are having their ceremony at the same place as their reception- when will you put them out? Usually, placecards are put out when everyone arrives at the ceremony, but this obviously wouldn't work with the votives because people will have to hold them during the ceremony. Are you putting them out right after the cocktail hour and right before the reception?
