vows

anyone writing your own vows or considering it?

FH reallly realllly wants to. He says he has alot to say to me and alot to thank me for...speaking in front of people comes easy to him....hes been on tv damn it. lol. but me??? i really have a hard time speaking in front of people. I wouldnt say that im shy...its just i get really anxious and i break out in hives..lol. no fn joke...lol. When i get mad at customers at work and get snooty with them over the phone....my ears get red and i break out in hives on my neck...lol....my coworkers think its the funniest thing in the world.

So.....i guess what i am trying to ask...is how are you going to prepare yourself to say your own vows without freaking out...lol. or do you have any suggestions for me??

But, back to your question...If it means that much to him, I would go for it. You might be nervous, but I think with all the excitement of that day, you'll be fine.

everyone is used to it at work now...hahahaha

I HATE speaking in front of people but the thought of saying my own vows in front of everyone didn't even bother me for some reason, and it went fine. Just try to relax and think about how it's the beginning of your life together!

I'm probably going to do the same! But I want to say the traditional church vows. FH is not creative that way, and he would have a really hard time with doing that also.

FH requested that we write our own vows.
i said fine and i know i will be nervous but i think its a nice personal touch if youare that type.

i will prob cry though mine and say them so fast but oh well
