I'm planning on it!
I'm horrible at putting words together though and FH is amazing at it. He says he already wrote his and hid them someplace. I'm so nervous about making sure they are good!

We are going to write our own vows, I haven't started yet though.

FH and I have always wanted to write our own vows and share them with our friends and families. We also plan on reciting the traditional vows also.

i know some people write their own vows and exchange them in private immediately after the ceremony (pre-CH / pictures) ... maybe you could do that?

We did. I'm happy to FM you what I said in them. I don't have DH's written out (he has it ... ) but I can send you mine. We said them right before our more traditional vows ... so it was like mini-speeches to each other.
